HERC single girder eot cranes are easy to maintain because of the modular design of HERCULES Hoists which makes it possible for the crane to be maintained in its installed position.
We have adjustable limit switches for our cranes and hoists of reputed makes.
HERC Cranes are load tested at 125% of the capacity at the site before being handed over to our clients.

Further Details:
HERCULES makes EOOT Cranes which are designed & manufactured as per IS: 3177 and IS: 4137 which is considered as as an adequate factor of safety with respect to appropriate duty classifications.The structural parts of the cranes are designed as per IS: 807.

Safe Working Load: 250 kgs to 15,000 kgs
Span: 3 mtrs to 30 mtrs
Height of Lift: As per customer specifications
Class of Duty / Standards: Equivalent to M3,M4,M5, M6,M7, M8 as per IS 3177 / IS 807
Speeds: According to standard Hercules designed hoists. Please refer to our catalogue of hoists for further detailed specifications.
Crane Control: Pendant push button, can be cabin operated and we also provide our cranes with radio remoteb if needed by the client on extra charges with a range of 100 mtrs.
Drive System: Twin Drive through Squirrel Cage Induction motors with helical gear boxes for rugged use
Motors used in Herc are only of reputed makes, these are special S4 crane duty motors, with TEFC CLASS F insulation IP 55, with ambient temp 50 degree. These motors can be chosen differently to meet the client’s requirements as well.
Brakes: HERC provides its single girder cranes with electro magnetic fail safe DC brakes for hoisting Cross Travel and Long Travel motions to avoid coil burnouts cutting down the maintenance cost and down time of EOT Crane, preventing the production to get hampered.
Power Supply System: To Hoist and Cross Travel through Trailing Cables / Drag Chain To Crane through Shrouded Bus Bars / Trailing Cable / MS Angle Iron Conductors / Bare Copper Conductors (depending on customer’s choice and application)
